Brussels: Commissioners from the European Commission are set to engage in discussions at the 11th annual Delphi Economic Forum in Greece, starting tomorrow and running through Saturday, 25 April. The forum serves as an essential platform focusing on environmental and socially responsible growth, particularly within the Eastern Mediterranean and Southern Europe.
According to Cyprus News Agency, several key commissioners will participate in panel discussions and bilateral meetings throughout the event. Teresa Ribera, Executive-Vice-President for a Clean, Just and Competitive Transition, is scheduled to discuss energy security and the clean transition alongside Stavros Papastavrou, Greece's Minister of Environment and Energy. Ribera will also conduct bilateral meetings with high-level Greek officials, including the Deputy Prime Minister and the Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
Valdis Dombrovskis, Commissioner for Economy, Productivity, Implementation and Simplification, will meet with Prime Minister Mitsotakis to deliver Greece's seventh disbursement under the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) and will engage in dialogues with other prominent figures such as the Bank of Greece Governor and Finance Minister. Moreover, Dombrovskis will participate in a discussion on European prosperity amid global uncertainties.
