However, tonight and in the morning, there may be locally increased low cloud coverage, with a risk of local mist particularly over the eastern and southern areas. Visibility is generally good but expected to be moderate to poor in areas of mist. The forecast does not include any warnings. For the West Coast, the morning will see northeast to southeast winds at Beaufort scale 3, gradually changing to southwest to west at 3 to 4, with the sea state being smooth to slight. In the afternoon, winds will shift to west to northwest at 3 to 4, and locally 4 to 5, w hile the sea state remains smooth to slight, locally slight. The night will bring northwest to north winds at 3 to 4, with similar sea conditions. On the South Coast, morning winds are expected to be northeast to southeast at 3, gradually changing to southeast to southwest at 3 to 4, with a smooth to slight sea state. In the afternoon, southwest to west winds at 4, locally 4 to 5, will maintain a smooth to slight sea state, locally slight. Nighttime winds will be southwest to northwest at 3, locally at first west at 3 to 4, with smooth to slight seas. For the East Coast, the morning will begin with variable winds at 3, later shifting to east to southeast, with smooth to slight sea conditions. Afternoon winds will be south to southwest at 4, maintaining a smooth to slight sea state, while nighttime winds will remain variable at 3. Finally, the North Coast will experience morning southeast to southwest winds at 3, later changing to southwest to northwest at 3 to 4, with smooth to slight seas.
