Stricter measures from November 29 in Cyprus to curb the spread of COVID-19, Cabinet decides

Stricter measures come into effect as of November 29 in Cyprus in an effort to curb the spread of COVID-19, it was announced on Wednesday after a Cabinet meeting chaired by President Nicos Anastaasiades.

 

Health Minister Michalis Hadjipantelas, said the age limit for the use of mask is reduced to six years of age while the children aged 6-11 will have to present Safe Pass. From 13 December all citizens will be eligible for self-tests.
