England’s Matt Fitzpatrick and Scotland’s Robert MacIntyre wrapped up the last two automatic slots in the European team for the upcoming Ryder Cup in Rome by finishing tied third and tied 55th respectively in the European Omega Masters in Crans-sur-Sierre, Switzerland, on Sunday.
They join Rory McIlroy, John Rahm, Viktor Hovland and Tyrrell Hatton on the roster.
Team Europe Captain Luke Donald is set to complete his lineup on Monday with the announcement of his six wildcard picks.
USA Captain Zach Johnson has already put together his team.
The 2023 Ryder Cup runs from September 29 to October 1 at the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club in Guidonia, just north of Rome.
