Cyprus FM to participate in EU Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels

Cyprus Foreign Affairs Minister, Ioannis Kasoulides, will participate on Monday in the EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting in Brussels, that will discuss, among others, the situation in Syria and Libya, the developments in Eastern Europe and other regional and international issues.

 

According to a Foreign Ministry press release, before the beginning of the meeting, Kasoulides will host a working breakfast for his counterparts, with the Foreign Minister of Kuwait, Sheikh Ahmed Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Sabah, as a guest. It is expected that during the breakfast participants will exchange views on the EU-Kuwait relations, as well as the EU-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), in view of the forthcoming EU-GCC miniterial meeting that will take place in February.
