The Republic of Cyprus is committed to adhering to the responsibilities arising from the exploitation of hydrocarbons within the Cyprus Exclusive Economic Zone, said on Wednesday Defence Minister Charalambos Petrides.
In a speech at the multinational exercise “Nemesis 2021”, dedicated this year to evaluate the readiness of all Services involved in dealing with possible incidents that may occur onboard a hydrocarbons’ drilling platform, Petrides also said that we are actively pursuing the maximization of cooperation and coordination of all the involved parties.
