Central Bank reports slowdown in the price of houses, apartment prices go up

A slowdown in the residential property price indices in Cyprus both quarterly and on an annual basis has been reported in the second quarter of 2021, as a result of a small decrease in the price of houses and an increase in the price of apartments.
