Air connection with Jordan and Lebanon restored, flights to Tel Aviv are being adjusted


Air connection of Cyprus with Jordan and Lebanon has been restored, after the Iranian attack against Israel, on the early hours of April 14th.

According to Hermes Airports, the air connection of Cyprus with Jordan and Lebanon has been restored, after the opening of their airspace, which was temporarily closed on Saturday night, due to the developments in the Middle East. Flights to Amman and Beirut from and to Larnaka airport are operating normally.

In addition, the three Israeli airlines that fly to Israel, namely El-Al, Arkia and Isr Air, continue their regular flight schedule between Larnaka and Tel Aviv.

The rest of the airlines that operate flights to Tel Aviv have cancelled their flights for today, however, depending on the developments, they are adjusting their schedule daily.

Meanwhile, Cyprus Airways said in a press release that due to the current situation, all flights scheduled to depart to and from Beirut from today, Monday, April 15, are suspended.

According to the air company, depending on
the situation, an announcement is expected to be issued later today, regarding the flight that will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, April 16, from and to Tel Aviv.
