Weak High Pressure Dominates Cyprus Sea Area Forecast

Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has issued its forecast for the sea area surrounding Cyprus, indicating a period of weak high pressure affecting the region. The forecast covers an area extending 8 kilometers seawards and is valid from 0600 on November 2, 2025, until 0600 on November 3, 2025.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the weather conditions in this period are expected to be mainly fine, characterized by increased high cloud coverage. The atmospheric pressure at the time of the forecast’s issuance was recorded at 1017 hectopascals, indicating stable conditions.

Visibility across the sea area is reported to be good, and the sea surface temperature is measured at 24°C. Notably, there are no warnings issued for this forecast period, suggesting calm and predictable maritime conditions.
