There was disappointment for the Italian women’s volleyball team Friday as the Azzurre missed out on the final of the European Volleyball Championships by losing to Turkey 3-2 in a semi in Brussels.
Now the Turkish women will face the winner of the other semi-final between Serbia and the Netherlands.
It was a good run by Italy nonetheless, notably with a win against France.
