Authorities in Cyprus reported three deaths from COVID-19 and 3,329 new cases on Friday. The positivity rate is 7.27%. At the same time 151 patients with the disease are being treated in hospital, 20 of whom in a serious condition.
Total deaths have reached 925 and cases 400,534, the Health Ministry said in a press release.
The deceased were three men aged 80, 76 and 69 who passed away today.
At the same time, 151 patients with COVID-19 are being treated in state hospitals, 20 of whom in a serious condition; 6 are being treated in an ICU intubated and another 14 are in a high-dependency unit.
The percentage of patients who are unvaccinated is 52.32%.
Nineteen patients who are no longer infectious continue to be treated intubated due to COVID in an ICU.
