The UN Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs and Peacebuilding, Rosemary DiCarlo, expressed her conviction that the inclusion of young people in the Bicommunal Technical Committees will broaden the perspectives of their important work.
In a post on Twitter on Friday, DiCarlo said that “the Cyprus Technical Committees provide a critical platform for bicommunal engagement on issues of common interest for all Cypriots.”
“I am convinced that including young voices in the Committees will broaden the perspectives of this important work,” she added.
