Karpasia: Restoration works carried out in the chapel of Saint John the Theologian in Flamoudi, Karpasia, in Cyprus' Turkish-occupied areas, have been completed, announced the Greek Cypriot Co-Chair of the Technical Committee on Cultural Heritage, Sotos Ktoris.
According to Cyprus News Agency, Ktoris shared on social media that the project was implemented through the cooperation of Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot architects and conservators, with financial assistance from the EU, and under the technical supervision of the UNDP.
Furthermore, Ktoris recently announced that restoration works at Panagia Eleousa church in Turkish-occupied Makrasyka were also complete.
