Nicosia: European University Cyprus is set to host 'She Summits', an event designed to honor organizations that provide empowering workplaces for women. The event, organized in collaboration with Great Place To Work, will focus on recognizing environments where women are not only supported but are also encouraged to lead.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the event will take place on 29 April 2026 at the European University Cyprus Cultural Center. It will feature Christina Flambouri, the first Greek woman to conquer Everest and complete the Seven Summits challenge, as the keynote speaker. Flambouri will share insights from her journey of resilience and leadership, aligning with the event's theme: 'The summit was never meant to belong to just one woman.'
The evening will include an opening film, Flambouri's keynote speech, an awards ceremony, and a networking cocktail reception. The event will be conducted in Greek and is open to the public, with registration required by 20 April 2026.
