Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has issued a forecast for the sea area surrounding Cyprus, indicating that the region is currently under the influence of seasonal low pressure and a warm air mass. The weather is expected to remain mainly fine during this period.
According to Cyprus News Agency, there will be increased low cloud coverage, particularly over the western, southern, and eastern coastal areas. Additionally, local mist and fog patches are anticipated overnight and at dawn, primarily affecting the southern and eastern parts. Visibility is expected to be generally good, but could deteriorate to moderate or poor conditions in mist and become very poor in fog.
The sea surface temperature in the area is recorded at 27°C. There are no warnings in place for this period.
