Requirement for negative PCR test upon arrival from China to Cyprus lifted on February 22

The requirement for a 48-hour negative PCR test for COVID-19 upon arrival from China to Cyprus, was lifted on February 22nd, following a decision at yesterday’s Cabinet meeting.

The measure was introduced as a precaution back in January, due to a rise of COVID-19 cases in China. As announced by the Ministry of Health today, the measure was lifted, following an updated evaluation of the epidemiological overview of China.
