Lefkara: President of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, presents today, Sunday the work programme of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU. The presentation will take place during an event at the Lefkara Conference Centre, in Lefkara village, and will begin at 10:30 am local time. The village is located at the foot of the Troodos Mountains in the southeastern region, 43 km from Larnaka.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the logo of the Cyprus Presidency will also be presented during the event. Cyprus assumes the Presidency of the Council of the EU on January 1st, 2026, following Denmark.
