Nicosia: No Cypriots were being treated at a hospital in southern Israel that was hit as Iran fired a barrage of missiles, sources at the Ministry of Health in Cyprus told CNA.
According to Cyprus News Agency, a spokesperson for the hospital reported “damage to the hospital and extensive damage in various areas.” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Tehran would pay a “heavy price” for the attack.
Replying to a CNA question, sources at the Ministry of Health in Cyprus confirmed that no Cypriots were receiving treatment at the Soroka Hospital in Beersheba, southern Israel.
