Seasonal Low Pressure Influences Cyprus Weather with Nighttime Mist Risk

Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has announced a forecast for the sea area of Cyprus, indicating that the region is under the influence of seasonal low pressure. This pressure system is expected to bring mainly fine weather. However, there is a risk of locally increased low cloud coverage and local mist during nighttime hours.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the current atmospheric pressure at the time of the forecast issuance was measured at 1010 hPa (hectopascal). Despite the low-pressure conditions, visibility during the day is expected to remain good, though it may decrease to moderate or poor levels in areas affected by mist during the night.

The sea surface temperature in the area is recorded at 25°C. The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has not issued any warnings for the forecast period, indicating stable weather conditions overall.
