Cyprus Meteorology department issued a yellow warning for thunderstorms. The warning is valid from 5.00 to 19.00 (local time) on Monday.
According to the warning isolated, probably heavy thunderstorms are likely to affect the area at times. In that case precipitation rates are expected to range between 35 and 50 millimetres per hour, while hail is also likely.
