Brussels: The Minister of Labour and Social Security, Marinos Moushouttas, is en route to Brussels to participate in a hearing before the European Parliament's Employment and Social Affairs (EMPL) Committee.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the Ministry of Labour announced in a press release on Tuesday that this hearing is part of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The session will spotlight the Presidency's priorities in employment and social policy, emphasizing fair and inclusive employment, investment in skills, and fair mobility of workers.
During his visit, the Minister is also scheduled to engage with Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) and other relevant European Union stakeholders.
