Nicosia: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus marked Holocaust Remembrance Day on Tuesday with a message honoring the memory of the millions of victims and reaffirming the country's commitment to combating antisemitism and all forms of hatred.
According to Cyprus News Agency, in a post on X, the Ministry described the Holocaust as 'one of the darkest moments in human history, a collapse of morality and a permanent stain for humanity.'
The Ministry stressed that remembrance "speaks directly to our values, our responsibility and our commitment to stand firmly against antisemitism and against all forms of hate, intolerance, and cruelty".
