Nicosia: Minister of Defence Vassilis Palmas discussed Wednesday in Nicosia the security situation in the Republic of Cyprus, Lebanon, and the wider region with the new Ambassador of Lebanon to Cyprus.

According to Cyprus News Agency, a post on 'X' by the Ministry of Defence stated that Minister of Defence Vassilis Palmas received the new Ambassador of Lebanon to the Republic of Cyprus, Reina Charbel, in his office. They discussed issues of bilateral cooperation, as well as the latest developments and the security situation in the Republic of Cyprus, Lebanon, and the wider region.
