Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has issued a forecast for the sea area surrounding Cyprus, predicting predominantly fine weather conditions. The forecast covers a period from noon on May 21, 2025, to noon on May 22, 2025, and extends up to 8 kilometers from the coast.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the area will be under the influence of weak high pressure, contributing to the fine weather. The atmospheric pressure recorded at the time of the forecast’s release was 1015 hectopascals. Visibility in the area is expected to remain good throughout the forecast period.
The sea surface temperature is noted to be 22°C, which aligns with typical seasonal conditions. There are no warnings in effect for the forecast period, indicating stable weather conditions in the region’s sea area.
