The East Coast will experience morning winds from the Northeast at 4 to 5, locally reaching 5, with a moderate sea state. These conditions will persist into the afternoon and night, with winds shifting slightly to North to Northeast. For the North Coast, morning winds will be Northeast to East at 4 to 5, occasionally reaching 5 to 6, with moderate sea conditions. These conditions will continue in the afternoon, with a slight decrease in wind strength by night to 3 to 4, with the sea remaining slight to moderate.
