In the afternoon, the winds will strengthen to northeast to east at 4 Beaufort, with the sea state becoming slight to moderate.
For the north coast, nighttime winds will be east to southeast at 3 to 4 Beaufort, locally near the coast shifting to southeast to south 3 Beaufort. The sea state will be slight, locally near the coast smooth to slight.
