Cyprus University of Technology Launches Fourth Research Proposal Submission Process

Limassol: The Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) has announced the commencement of its Research Proposal Submission Process as part of the ‘POSTDOCTORAL’ Programme for the fourth time. This initiative aims to attract high-calibre postdoctoral researchers capable of achieving significant research outcomes while promoting scientific and professional development.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the Programme’s goal is to support new researchers with the potential for autonomy and innovation. It encourages young scientists to engage in new research activities, thereby fostering job opportunities in advanced fields. The Programme mandates that each research proposal must have one Coordinator, who must be a postdoctoral researcher. Once a proposal is approved, the researcher must be physically present at CUT. Notably, funding cannot be granted a second time unless three years have passed since the initial award.

The Funding Call for the Programme, available in both Greek and English, outlines the submission process, eligibility criteria, and evaluation procedures. Interested applicants must submit their Research Proposal Submission Form in English electronically by September 30, 2025, along with all requisite documents as specified in the official Funding Call.
