Cyprus Stock Exchange Records Declines in Multiple Indices

Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) witnessed a session of declines across several key indices during its latest meeting. The CSE All Share Index reflected mixed results as some markets experienced downturns, while others remained stable or showed minor increases.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 index experienced a slight decline of 0.330%, closing at 174.410 with a traded value of 636,156.920 euros. The Main Market Index also saw a decrease, dropping by 1.050% to settle at 233.510, accompanied by a traded value of 619,396.870 euros.

The Investment Companies Market Index recorded a reduction of 0.980%, concluding at 2,885.430 with a traded value of 41,434.420 euros. Similarly, the CSE General Index fell by 0.680% to close at 291.940, with a traded value of 637,352.920 euros.

Meanwhile, the Hotels Index remained unchanged at 1,976.290, with no traded value recorded during the session. In contrast, the Alternative Market Index saw a positive movement, increasing by 0.460% to reach 1,945.420, with a traded value of 20,036.050 euros.

Overall, the session's traded value totaled 644,006.19 euros, reflecting the activity across various market segments.
