Nicosia: Cyprus Department of Meteorology has issued a forecast for the sea area of Cyprus, covering an 8-kilometer zone seawards, from 1200 on June 1, 2025, to 1200 on June 2, 2025. The forecast indicates a risk of isolated showers or thunderstorms over the eastern coastal parts of Cyprus during this period. Additionally, tonight, the western and northern parts are expected to experience locally increased low cloud coverage.
According to Cyprus News Agency, atmospheric pressure at the time of the forecast issuance was measured at 1013 hPa (hectopascal). Despite the potential for showers, visibility in the area is expected to remain good, and the sea surface temperature is recorded at 22°C. The forecast does not include any warnings for the specified period, suggesting stable conditions outside of the localized weather changes.
