Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has forecasted mainly fine weather conditions for the sea area surrounding Cyprus for the period from 0600 on August 20, 2025, until 0600 on August 21, 2025. Despite the presence of seasonal low pressure in the area, no significant weather warnings have been issued.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the atmospheric pressure at the time of the forecast was recorded at 1005 hectopascals. The report highlights that early morning hours may see locally increased low cloud coverage, particularly over the western and northern parts of the island. Visibility is expected to remain good throughout the forecast period.
The sea surface temperature is noted to be a warm 29°C, which is typical for this time of year in the region. The absence of any warnings suggests that the weather conditions are stable and conducive for maritime activities.
