Foreign Affairs Minister Ioannis Kasoulides met with his Serbian counterpart Nikola Selakovic on the sidelines of Monday’s Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels.
According to a tweet posted by the official account of the Cypriot Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the discussion focused on EU – Serbia relations, the Western Balkans and regional challenges.
According to a tweet posted by the official account of the Serbian MFA, the two Foreign Ministers discussed the “further strengthening of traditionally friendly Serbian – Cypriot ties” and “Serbia’s European path”.
Selakovic also “expressed gratitude for Cyprus’s principled position on the issue of Kosovo & Metohija”.
