Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has released a forecast for the sea area surrounding Cyprus, indicating that weak high pressure is currently affecting the region. The weather is expected to be partly cloudy, with occasional periods of heavy cloud cover and isolated showers predicted over the next 24 hours.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the forecast covers an area extending eight kilometers seawards and reports that visibility will generally be good, though it may decrease to moderate levels during showers. The current atmospheric pressure is measured at 1019 hectopascals, and the sea surface temperature stands at 20 degrees Celsius. No weather warnings have been issued for the period.
