Forecast details for the West Coast indicate southwest to northwest winds in the afternoon at Beaufort scale 3 to 4, with the sea state being slight. During the night, winds will shift to northwest, then to northeast, at Beaufort scale 3, with the sea state becoming smooth to slight. In the morning, southwest winds at scale 3 will increase to 3 to 4, with the sea state remaining slight.
On the South Coast, afternoon winds will be southwest at scale 4, occasionally reaching 4 to 5, with a slight sea state. At night, winds will transition from southwest to west at scale 3 to 4, becoming northwest at scale 3, with the sea state smooth to slight.
