Weak Low Pressure Brings Isolated Showers to Cyprus

Nicosia: Weak low pressure is currently affecting the sea area of Cyprus with the weather expected to become gradually partly cloudy, according to the latest forecast from the Cyprus Department of Meteorology. Isolated showers are anticipated, with a risk of an isolated thunderstorm, primarily impacting the west and south coasts of the island. Additionally, there is a presence of thin dust in suspension, which may affect air quality. According to Cyprus News Agency, visibility in the region is generally good but can deteriorate to moderate or poor conditions during showers. The sea surface temperature is recorded at 19°C. Despite the changing weather conditions, no warnings have been issued for the area.
