Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has issued a forecast for the sea area surrounding Cyprus, indicating that a warm air mass is currently affecting the region. The weather is predicted to be mainly fine, although there will be instances of increased low cloud coverage in certain areas.
According to Cyprus News Agency, during the night and early morning hours, residents and visitors can anticipate local mist and fog patches, particularly over the southern and eastern parts of the island. These conditions will cause visibility to vary, ranging from good to moderate in misty conditions, and very poor in areas experiencing fog.
The sea surface temperature is recorded at 22°C, with atmospheric pressure at the time of issue being 1008 hPa. Despite the weather changes, no warnings have been issued for the forecast period from midday on June 10, 2025, until midday on June 11, 2025.
