Nicosia: The Horizon Europe project TESTARE, spearheaded by the University of Cyprus, is organizing the second edition of its workshop series, focusing on fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for researchers and project managers. This initiative aims to open discussions on best practices and shared experiences relating to workplace inclusivity.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the online workshop will extend its reach beyond the TESTARE project by collaborating with five European projects: Twin2Expand, Laperitivo, SOLMATES, DemosAxia, and APPROACH. This collaborative effort seeks to leverage diverse insights from these projects to enrich the discussion on inclusivity.
The workshop will convene a diverse group of participants, including academics, senior R and D scientists, project coordinators and managers, HR project leads, early-career researchers, and experts from SMEs. These participants will exchange experiences and practices aimed at fostering inclusiveness both in the workplace and within research projects.
