Nicosia:The 3rd Transnational Project Meeting of the Teacher's HAVEN initiative took place in Nicosia, Cyprus, in September. Hosted by Eurosuccess, the meeting saw participation from various European partners.

According to Cyprus News Agency, Assistant Professor Constantina Demetriou, Associate Professor Monica Shiakou, and Assistant Professor Eleni Epiphaniou from the European University Cyprus's Department of Psychology and Social Sciences contributed to discussions on the project's future activities.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review the progress achieved, enhance cooperation among partners, and plan future phases of the project. A significant focus was on preparing for two upcoming events the International Teacher's Sanctuary Bootcamp in Rome, Italy, from November 30 to December 4, 2026, and the 2nd Annual Teacher's HAVEN Congress scheduled for February 2027 in Portugal.

Participants also discussed project milestones, including implementation, communication, and dissemination strategies, aiming for effective collaboration across Europe. Teacher's HAVEN is a European-funded initiative to support teacher well-being and professional growth by developing an academy for in-service and training teachers.

The project seeks to create healthier educational environments, emphasizing the importance of teacher well-being in professional development and educational quality. As Teacher's HAVEN progresses, the consortium remains dedicated to promoting teacher empowerment and professional growth across Europe.
