A 27-year-old Algerian factory worker was charged with aggravated voluntary homicide Monday after killing a 23-year-old Albanian factory worker with a spear gun at one of Marche’s loveliest beach resorts at the weekend.
The man, Melloul Fatah, allegedly fired his spear gun at Klajdi Bitri in a road rage incident at Sirolo near Ancona.
In a video of the incident police tell Fatah “you’ve killed a man”, to which he replies “Noooo!” and makes desperate gestures.
