Russia is using a fleet of vessels, some of them civilian ships, to collect information to help plan the sabotage of energy infrastructure in the North Sea, a documentary being aired by Nordic public broadcasters on Wednesday claims. The Kremlin has dismissed the media claims as a “mistake” and “without basis”.
