Private debt (households and non-financial corporations) in Cyprus declined to €56 billion in the end to the second quarter of 2021, marking a reduction of €0.5 billion compared with the previous quarter of the same year, according to the quarterly financial data released by the Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC) on Monday.
The debt of the non-financial corporations (total liabilities in loans and bonds excluding intra-group amounts) in the end of June 2021 amounted to €36.
