Limassol: President Nikos Christodoulides confirmed on Saturday that he has received a threatening message, adding that he fully trusts the authorities of the Republic. Speaking to the press Saturday upon his arrival to a gala dinner and responding to a question by a journalist, the President said that he could confirm the incident and that he has absolute confidence in the authorities of the Republic of Cyprus. He refrained from making any more comments.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the President was invited to say more about the nature of these threats. However, he reiterated his absolute confidence in the authorities of the Republic of Cyprus.
