The police booked 24 individuals and businesses for violations of measures against the further spread of COVID-19, the Cyprus Police told CNA today.
According to the police, within the last 24 hours, until Tuesday morning, 1518 checks were carried out throughout Cyprus and one shop owner and 23 individuals were booked.
In Nicosia, 438 checks were carried out and five individuals and one shop owner were fined.
