Pafos: Pafos FC advanced to the Champions League play-offs with their 2-0 victory on Tuesday night over Dynamo Kyiv, in the third qualifying round. Orsic scored in the 2nd minute and Correia in the 55th for Pafos that also won 1-0 in the first match last week in Poland.
According to Cyprus News Agency, in the next stage, the champions will face Red Star Belgrade. On Thursday, Omonia Nicosia will host Araz Azerbaijan at 20:00 at GSP Stadium. The 4-0 away victory gives Omonia a clear advantage for qualification to the Conference League play-offs.
At 21:00, Aris Limassol will play in Athens against AEK. The 2-2 draw in the first match in Limassol allows Aris to compete for a place in the Conference League play-offs. Also, at 22:00, AEK Larnaca will play in Poland against Legia, holding a 4-1 lead from their win in Larnaca. If AEK qualifies, it will progress to the Europa League play-offs, securing at minimum participation in the League Phase of the Conference League. Otherwise, AEK will compete in the Conference League play-offs.
