The Ministry of Health announced on Saturday 56 new coronavirus cases, while 74 patients are receiving treatment in state hospitals.
No deaths were recorded in the last 24 hours, thus their number remains at 360, (240 men or 67%, and 120 women or 33%).
Their median age is 78.
The new cases were found after 56,456 tests (positivity rate 0,10%). Since the outbreak of the pandemic, there have been 72,363 coronavirus infections in Cyprus.
Out of the 74 patients who are in hospitals, 30 are in a serious condition (18 are intubated).
In the Famagusta General Hospital there are 14 patients, in the Nicosia General Hospital 35, in the Limassol General Hospital 21, in the Larnaka General Hospital 1 and 3 are being treated in the Makario Hospital in Nicosia.
