The personal envoy of the Secretary General of the United Nations on Cyprus, María Ángela Holguín Cuéllar, is visiting Brussels on Monday, where according to the latest official announcements and information she will be meeting the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, as well as European Commissioner for Cohesion and Reforms, Elisa Ferreira.
The meeting with Michel will take place at 15:00 (local time, 16:00 Cyprus time), the Cyprus News Agency learns.
According to the official calendar for the members of the Commission, Holguín will also meet with the Commissioner tasked with issues related to Cohesion and Reforms, Elisa Ferreira. Ferreira’s office is also responsible for measures related to reunification efforts, through the Aid Programme for the Turkish Cypriot community.
