Cyprus: Cyprus' Meteorology Department on Wednesday issued a yellow warning for thunderstorms. According to Cyprus News Agency, between 1300 and 1700, isolated thunderstorms are expected to affect mainly the mountainous areas and inland areas.
In storm hail is likely, it said, adding that the precipitation rate is expected to locally exceed 35 millimeters per hour.
