Investment Organisations Assets Increased by 2.5% in Q2 2026, CBC Says

Nicosia: At the end of June 2026, the total assets of investment organisations in Cyprus had risen by 2.5 per cent compared with March 2026, remaining above £8 billion, according to a statement by the Central Bank of Cyprus.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the number of investment organisations increased from 351 in March 2026 to 353 in June 2026. Their total assets rose by 2.5 per cent to £8,377.3 million in June 2026, compared with £8,171.9 million in March 2026.

The figures indicate that investment funds primarily hold shares and other related securities valued at £6.365 billion and debt securities valued at £605.2 million. Additionally, they maintain loans and deposits amounting to £797.4 million.
