Nicosia: The House Prices Index (HPI) for the first quarter of 2025 stands at 113.71 units, marking a 2% increase compared to the corresponding quarter of 2024. This information comes from preliminary data released on Friday by the Statistical Service.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the HPI also showed a growth of 1.1% when compared to the fourth quarter of 2024. This increase highlights a continued upward trend in house prices as observed over the past year.
