Bratislava:President of the House of Representatives Annita Demetriou is set to visit Slovakia on Sunday, October 4, following an invitation from Richard Rasi, President of the Slovak National Council.

According to Cyprus News Agency, Demetriou will engage in several high-level meetings during her stay in Bratislava. She is scheduled to meet Slovak President Peter Pellegrini and hold discussions with National Council President Richard Rasi and Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Robert Kalinak.

During her visit, Demetriou, alongside Slovak Health Minister Kamil Sasko, will tour the Children's Cancer Centre at the National Institute of Children's Diseases, which is under the patronage of President Pellegrini. Additionally, she plans to explore sites of historical and cultural significance in Slovakia.

Demetriou is expected to return to Cyprus on the afternoon of Tuesday, October 6.
