The Cyprus Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims in New Zealand following extreme weather conditions.
In a tweet, it says “profoundly saddened by the tragic loss of life following extreme weather conditions in #NewZealand”.
“Heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims | Our thoughts and prayers are with the Government and People of New Zealand #CycloneGabrielle” the tweet reads.
